Sometimes when crazy things are happening in the world, kids and grownups can feel scared and confused. These are almost always things that we can't control and this feels like we have no power. But guess what? There are lots of things you can control right now and when you focus on those things, you create your very own Inner Peace Bubble. For example, you can't control the virus that caused school to be cancelled, but maybe you can choose to stay home and keep everyone safe and healthy. And maybe you can choose which puzzle to build or book to read or a fun activity with your family.
Try drawing a picture of your Inner Peace Bubble and write in it all the things that you get to have control over right now. I'm going to do this activity too and I'll share it with you tomorrow.
